For the last half decade, the Seattle Seahawks' defense has been an absolutely dominant unit. Seattle ranks as the top-scoring defense in the NFL the last four years and a top-five unit in yards allowed in each of those years. The Seahawks also ranked seventh and ninth, respectively, in 2011.
